Finally, i become the Manager of Public Relations manager, i will try my best! i cooperated with my team mates and we work our some customer survey to find out what really suits them. Also, we did a summary of the job of Dating Agency. In the summary, it mentions what UGR is and how it works with other pratical firm all over Australia.Later on, our group made cost minimization to be our main strategie.So, it mainly works like a pyramid. The Manager will decide what and how to do and the working efficiency will be increased. Moreover, our goals are to provide ugr a well-known reputation and a healthy public image. Improving our socialising skills is also our main idea. I realise it's so diffcult to be a group leader. Somtimes your group members won't concentrate and they just keep talking another topic with other people. Therefore, u need to give them some signal to get back their attention. Anyway, i get along with my classmate and i am looking forward to work with them in the future.

That day, i attended the Trade Fair 2006. it was held in Spring Hill. Me and my classmates act as customers in there. It wasn't really fun because we need to listen to the presentation in the hall. After that, we were given cheques to buy staff inside the trade fair.

On 4th of April, I attended the UGR interview in Business Management. I applied the position of Team Manager in Public Relations department and the position of Assistance the in the Human Resources department. I think i performed well and was very confident in the interview. Futhermore, i expressed my point of view in contributing to UGR in the future. I hope i can get the job i applied and i am looking forward to work in UGR.
